Why not host a golf day at your local club or golf course to raise money for local seriously ill children? 

Bring players together to take part in a fun challenge, whilst helping Haven House to continue to provide vital care and support for families facing the toughest of times.

This is a great way to keep active and have a fun competition with your teammates whilst supporting a truly worthwhile cause.

How It Works

• Tickets: Sell tickets to support your fundraising, such as single player tickets or fourball tickets
• Raffle / Auction: At the end of the tournament, why not have a raffle or auction where you can raise additional funds. Use your connections to collect items – Haven House can also support you with this
• Prizes: Having a prize to win at the end is a great way to give back to those who took part
• Mishap donations: Why not have a small cash penalty for missing a putt within 3 feet, or for a ball landing into water, to encourage competition and raise additional money
• Refreshments: Try to get a sponsorship for refreshments – Haven House can help you with this too.

More Challenge Ideas

Instead of a tournament, you could host a:

• Golf-a-thon: Think you or your teammates could play for 12 or even 24 hours straight? This is a great way to challenge yourselves and fundraise
• Hole-in-one Challenge: Have players pay to compete in a big hole-in-one challenge, with a prize to win at the end for whoever scores the most
• Crazy Golf Event: If you want to make things more interesting, why not host a mini tournament at a Crazy Golf Course. This could be a fun way for golfers to take part in a challenge event.
