Our retail shop on the High Street, Loughton, has once again captured the hearts of the community, winning Loughton Town Council’s festive window display in the charity category, for a second year.

Located in the heart of the town, the shop's window dazzles with a creative and vibrant display that perfectly captures the spirit of the holiday season.
The window features a cheeky elf-inspired workshop scene decked out with candy cane-striped accents, and a life-sized mischievous elf mannequin hard at work, transporting onlookers into a world of holiday cheer.
Shop manager Samantha Rowse expressed her delight at the win.
“We’re absolutely thrilled to have won this award again. It’s a true testament to the creativity and dedication of our team. Every element of our display was designed to reflect the hope that Haven House brings to families. It’s wonderful to see our efforts bring smiles to people’s faces while also raising awareness for the hospice.
The competition, organised by the town council, invited businesses and organisations to create festive displays that would spread holiday cheer and encourage residents to shop locally this Christmas.
Haven House Children's Hospice has seven charity shops across Northeast London and West Essex, is encouraging people to shop with them this festive season to save money, reduce waste, and support crucial services for seriously ill children and their families.
